ELECTIONS 2003


The APRS Board is holding its AGM for 2003 on Wednesday 3 3rd rd September in The Gennaro Room at The Groucho Club Club, Dean Street, 45 Dean Street, London, W1D 4QB, at 1l.45am (to start promptly at 12.00 (noon).

It is anticipated that the formal business will take about 45 minutes after which the APRS Board invite all APRS members to stay on in the Gennaro Room for a glass of wine and convivial conversation as a prelude to the APRS Members� Lunch Lunch.

The lunch is scheduled to start at 1.15pm. Due to limited space, members who wish to stay for lunch should RSVP to Francesca Smith (01803 868600) or email [email protected] as soon as possible. The lunch will cost �30 per attendee to include a . three course meal and pre-lunch drinks. For those with a thirsty disposition, additional wine can be bought at the table.

FINAL NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association of Professional Recording Services Limited will be held Wednesday 3rd September in The Gennaro Room at The Groucho Club, 45 Dean Street, London, W1D 4QB at 1l.45am (to start promptly at 12.00 (noon) for the following purposes:

  1. Receive the Report and Accounts for the Year Ending 31st December 2002

  2. Re-appoint Dyer and Co. as company accountants

  3. To announce the results of the Election for General Directors

  4. Any Other Business

Please note: Only Full members of the APRS are eligible to vote.

Notes

  1. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, on a poll, vote in his place. A proxy need not be a member of the Company

  2. A form of proxy is enclosed. The appointment of a proxy will not prevent you from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting in person

  3. To be effective the instrument appointing a proxy, and any power of attorney or other authority under which it is executed (or a duly certified copy of any such power or authority), must be received at the Company's postal address not less than 36 hours before the time for holding the meeting (or at fax number 01803 868444 not less than 6 hours before)

  4. No member shall be entitled to vote unless all moneys presently payable by him or her to the Association have been paid.

  5. Affiliates and Associates may attend the Meeting but may not vote.
