DVD-Audio Seminar

This meeting organised by the DVD Association Europe and the Music Producers Guild with sponsorship by Disctronics will offer the opportunity to hear some of the UK's experts in DVD-Audio and related technologies speak about what the format has to offer the music industry, what tools exist for production and authoring, replication of DVD-Audio and some pitfalls that may be encountered. 

Several case studies of DVD-Audio projects that have been completed will be featured as well as demonstrations.

The main objectives are:

Mike Collins, Technical Consultant to the MPG, will be the chairman and Disctronics, which is also UK Chapter Head for the DVDA Europe, is sponsoring the seminar.

There will be no charge for attending the event but places are limited to 100 and priority will be given to DVDA and MPG members.

DVD-Audio production & authoring
An insight into producing and authoring DVD-Audio titles including hard disk recording at 96/24, mixing to surround sound, MLP encoding and authoring.  This session will be illustrated by demos of actual projects undertaken by the panelists.  Audience participation is encouraged.
