| Contributor & Contribution Information |
| |
| Enter the details of the individual contributors
to the recording. You need to list each contributor in turn, with accompanying
details. Along with their name you should enter a 3-digit identifier for
any organisation of which they are a member - such as PPL,
Re-Pro or whatever. For your convenience, the common options
are listed in the following popup menu which you can refer to. |
| |
| Member Organisation Code |
| |
| |
| Following this you need to enter the ID number for any organisation of which they are a member. You also need to say what role they played on the recording.
Again you can enter a 3-digit code to identify this role, and various options are listed in the following popup menu which you can refer to. |
| |
| Role Code |
| |
| |
| If the contributor has performed the role more than once (rhythm and lead guitar, or six separate synthesiser parts, or whatever)
then you need to make this clear also. Obviously, if the contributor has performed more than one role (played guitar, bass and keyboards, for instance), then you need
to list all these separate roles. In some cases, contributors may have signed a clearance form for the use of their performance. In this case, you should also enter the reference number of the organisational clearance form here. |
